After more than a year of the coronavirus pandemic and a widespread shift toward remote work, it’s clear that the post-pandemic future of work will be a hybrid model, offering employees the flexibility to work from home or the workplace when they need to.

TechCrunch asked more than 800 global workplace leaders their thoughts on hybrid work. 81% of those at companies where most can work from home said their teams would move to a hybrid model in the next six months. 69% of those leaders said employees had driven the shift.

While a working model that offers employees different environments for different types of work and circumstances feels intuitive and natural, it represents a challenge for leadership and workplace technology teams.

Here at Simply, we offer Ulitmate Flexibility for our colleagues, either working from home one day or at the office another. We have also invested in the latest technology platforms, from a brand new Intranet to cutting edge technology, for our agent partners and clients alike.

This is communicated through our weekly live Facebook workplace update, with training available when required.
