Simply Partners with Conveyancing Expert to Launch Bespoke Training Programme

Simply are delighted to announce that we are partnering with leading conveyancing expert and Solicitor Lorraine Richardson from Adapt Law, to deliver a brand-new in-house Leasehold Training Programme for our Property Lawyers, launching in May 2022.

The new bespoke Leasehold Training Programme will provide our Property Lawyers with quality training on technical aspects and practical application. The programme comprises an external training programme designed and delivered by Lorraine coupled with dedicated internal support from our in-house Leasehold Specialist, Phil Holland. This combination will provide our Property Lawyers with the knowledge and skills to handle a wide range of leasehold conveyancing transactions.

Lorraine is an experienced property solicitor and legal trainer and has written widely on the subject of conveyancing. She said:

‘I am delighted to be working with Simply on this exciting project – the Leasehold Programme will be delivered completely online, and I hope that Simply’s Property Lawyers will find it engaging and important for the development of their skills and careers’.

Lisa King, Technical Trainer at Simply, said:

‘We are fully committed to the development of our colleagues and are thrilled to be working alongside Lorraine to deliver a quality training programme to our Lawyers. We have more exciting plans in the pipeline to continue to be an exceptional employer for our colleagues and an exceptional conveyancer for our clients and estate agent partners.

We want to give special thanks to Lucy O’Connor at the Legal Training Team for understanding our requirements, introducing Lorraine to us, setting up the programme, and Cilex Law School for their generous provision of the course manual.’
